Login Help for the CAF Member's Website

Thank you for becoming a member and we are sorry you are having trouble getting online. 

Let's start with the basics...

Your Username is your CAF Colonel number, entered with any leading zeros or letters. If you are a Life Member, do not use your life member number - use your regular Colonel number.

Your password is your last name as recorded in the membership database at CAF Headquarters in all lower case letters. If your name includes an apostrophe, for example O'Hara, enter the apostrophe. In this example the password would be o'hara. If your name has a suffix, i.e. Jr., Sr. III, etc. do not enter the suffix, just your last name.

Are you still having problems?

If you are running a personal firewall or security program on your computer and you get messages such as "Access Denied" or "Authorization Required" when you try to log into this site, you may have to configure your firewall software to allow access to this site or even diable or turn it off temporarily. For detailed help with your firewall software you need to review its documentation and help files or contact the software manufacturer for assistance.

Are you a new Colonel? If so, it may take up to a month for your login information to be added to the Members's Only web database. Please try again soon.

Does CAF Headquarters have your current contact info, including a valid email address? If we do not have an email address for you in the membership database, your login information will not be available on this site, as an email address is required by the software. In this case, please contact CAF Headquarters and update your information.

To have your Password emailed to you, enter your Username (your CAF Colonel number) in the form and click the Forgot your password? link below the Login button. A message will be displayed above the form if an email was sent or if there was no match for a user with the Username provided. If an email is sent and you don't receive it in a few minutes, please check your Junk Mail folder or any other spam trap on your computer or your mail server, as sometimes computer generated messages are trapped as spam.

If you still have problems logging into this site, please contact anyone in the membership department or call (432) 563-1000 and be sure to include the Username and Password you are trying to use and any error messages you receive when your login fails.
