National Official Sponsor
The Official Sponsors of CAF produced AIRSHOs contracts for last position billing, after the title sponsor, name and date
of show plus, Executive sponsors and Presenting sponsors list. Official sponsors may be grouped inclusively with other
sponsors of the same category. For Example:
FINA PRESENTS, CAF AIRSHO 2006, Midland Texas. Thanks to our Executive Sponsors, The Southland Companies, The
Coca Cola Company. And special thanks to our Presenting Sponsors, Encore Broadcasting in presenting the Dolly Vinsant
Flight Nurse of the Year Award. The Commemorative Air Force is profoundly grateful to all its
Official Sponsors:

for their unwavering and continued support.
Official sponsors of CAF produced AIRSHOs contract for broad exposure to attendance in selected shows. This might
include one or more CAF produced shows. Official sponsors provide needed monies to ensure administrative goals are
maintained. Official sponsors may choose to extend their reach into other CAF produced target markets by sponsoring particular
aircraft through the touring season.
AIRSHO & Air shows (Benefits)
- 200 tickets usable for CAF AIRSHO season.
- 100 VIP entry passes usable for selected AIRSHOs.
- Chalet privileges (where available).
- Premium parking and hospitality service. (where available).
Media Exposure & Visibility
- Official sponsor logo in all CAF visual and printed media where CAF logo is
displayed for promotion of AIRSHOs. Exception of in-house publications and
collateral materials. This includes, but is not limited to: TV, film, video, internet,
commercials, industrials, press footage, trailers, newspapers, magazines, programs, weeklies, monthlies, quarterlies,
billboards or direct mail. (one year).
- Official sponsor mention in media where CAF AIRSHOs are promoted (one year).
- Official sponsor promotional and/or hospitality booth at selected AIRSHOs.
- One half-page, four-color ad in CAF’s quarterly magazine Dispatch (one Year).
- One half-page b&w ad in CAF’s monthly newsletter Contrails (one Year).
- One half-page color ad in CAF’s official AIRSHO program.
- Official sponsor website links on all sponsored AIRSHOs.
- Official sponsor link on official CAF website.
- Official sponsor signage at awards, banquets and affairs where CAF promotes AIRSHO. Size and location equitable to
all Official Sponsors.
- Possible photo and press opportunities as they arise with invited celebrities and/or publicly known figures retained to
aid, support promote or promulgate CAF goals and objectives.
A National Official sponsor contracts for final marquee position based on exposure to direct audiences of 500,000 people at
$1.00 per head. $500,000 for entire circuit or $1.00 per head - per show attendance. Touring aircraft exposure to all
sources estimated at 10,000,000.
