Great Plains Wing Open House 2021
Join us for the Great Plains Wing of the Commemorative Air Force Annual Flight Breakfast, Pancake Feed, and Open House. The Pancake Man will be here from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., food trucks will be here after 11:00 a.m. Free will donation for breakfast, and the food trucks will be at vendor prices. Civilian and military aircraft on display, Discovery Flights, and other aircraft rides available, prices vary per aircraft. The military museum will be open. Come out and enjoy the weather, aviation, military history, and community. Talk to pilots and flight instructors, learn about careers in aviation and explore the Council Bluffs Municipal Airport. All ages welcome!

About the Unit: The Great Plains Wing Hanger houses two vintage World War II aircraft. The AT-6 Texan (Joined 2015). The Texan is usually on display undergoing maintenance in the Fall and Winter.
