Commemorative Air Force Joins Operation Airdrop to Support Texas Storm Victims
DALLAS (July 6, 2025) In response to devastating storms that swept through Central and South Texas over the July 4th weekend, the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) is stepping in to support impacted communities through a coordinated relief effort with Operation Airdrop.
Aircraft from the Commemorative Air Force will depart from Dallas on Monday evening and Tuesday, carrying urgently needed emergency supplies to affected areas. The Highland Lakes Squadron, based in Burnet, Texas, is serving as the local distribution point for Burnet County and will ensure that aid is delivered quickly to those in need.
To support this mission, the CAF is collecting donations of relief supplies at its Dallas headquarters on Monday, July 7, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
